Making a Return?

 

We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, it's really easy. 

 

Eligibility Window:

 

Our Return & Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, You've got 3 simple options:

 

1. Store Credit:

Receive Nawal store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label—and a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love

 

2. Refund:

Receive a refund back to your original payment method.

 

3. Exchanges:

Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange it.

Non-returnable items:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Jewelery

  • Sale items

 

How to Make Your Return or Exchange:

 

  • Step 1:  Contact us and let us know if you'd like to return (be sure to indicate for store credit or refund) or exchange (be sure to indicate your new different size/color/pattern). 

  • Step 2: Print your shipping label. If you've selected 'Store Credit' or 'Exchange,' You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we will cover the shipping of the new item and send it back to you to a US address. If you selected 'Refund,' we'll deduct $5.99 from your refund amount to cover the shipping fees.

  • Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition and with tags attached) and the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package.

  • Step 4: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jotdown the tracking number so you can follow its journey.

 **We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
